Glasstic (PC/PMMA, TLS)

• Glasstic is an extremely hard plastic that mimics the texture of glass. As a product design and developed to replace the back of mobile phone covers, the 3D shape forming is possible through a special coating on its surface. This process is available with our TLS composite films.
• Compared to existing PC/PMMA composite products, S4M TLS (Three Layer Structure) has the advantage of being able to be undergo the film hard-coating process roll-to-roll instead of in sheets, allowing for a quicker and much more efficient manufacturing process. This also significantly reduces the defect rate often found during sheet processing.
• As a result, the yield rate from the manufacture of our TDS products are at a consistent 85~90% compared to the existing 50~60% yield rate in former processing. This new concept of composite film enables investors with a much higher margin in returns over smaller operational and management costs. (Patent pending)
